Services related to the assessment of specific emission reduction scenarios at EU and Member State level, under Framework contract on Services supporting the evaluation, implementation and further development of air quality policies, for European Commission, DG Environment
The objectives of this contract are to provide “supplementary analyses of the emission reduction scenarios developed with the GAINS model for the air quality policy package, exploring variants in the following dimensions:
- underlying assumptions (national views),
- pace and nature of structural changes (climate policy),
- ambition of pollution reduction targets (national positions),
- implementation mechanisms (flexibilities)
