GHGPams: Quantification of the effects on greenhouse gas emissions of policies and measures, for European Commission, DG Environment
The project aimed to identify and develop methodologies for the ex-post quantification of the impact of policies and measures (PAMs) on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions; to provide an ex-post quantitative and qualitative analysis of selected PAMs implemented under the European Climate Change Programme (ECCP), and; to provide recommendations and build capacity for the ex-ante analysis of future climate change related PAMs at Member State level.
