Specific Contract for long-term quantitative assessment of transport policy scenarios, under Service Framework Contract No MOVE/A3/523 - 2011, for European Commission, DG MOVE
The aim of this contract is to provide a baseline scenario, two long-term quantitative transport policy scenario and three variants. The long-term quantitative transport baseline projections (so-called “EU Reference scenario”) are part of a broader exercise undertaken in collaboration with DG ENER and DG CLIMA. This request for services covers the transport-related energy and emission aspects of the “EU Reference scenario”. The long-term GDP and population projections by Member State and the policy measures to be included in the baseline will be provided by the Commission.
