Study on Actual GHG data for diesel, petrol, kerosene and natural gas, for European Commission, DG ENER
The main objective of the project is to build an integrated, consistent and detailed method to evaluate the actual range (minimum, weighted and maximum) values of GHG emissions that relate to the whole lifecycle of diesel, petrol, kerosene and natural gas used as transport fuels. Furthermore, the Consultant will analyse the impacts of this exercise on issues related to sustainability, like the current EU policies on transport fuels, oil and gas world trade, etc.
