Presented at the Conference "Climate and Energy Framework 2030: What is the most cost-efficient and sustainable pathway?" organised by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy in Brussels, 14 October.

A new scenario by the PRIMES model presented by the E3MLab. This new scenario was based on the EU Commission’s Impact Assessment for the EU 2030 climate and energy framework.
