Specific Contract regarding the elaboration of a Baseline or Reference case with the time horizon 2050, under Service Framework Contract No MOVE/A3/523 - 2011, for the European Commission, DG MOVE
The aim of the contract is to build a baseline or reference case to the horizon of 2050 for each EU27 Member-State and Croatia, as well as for the EU as a whole, with results provided in 5 year time steps. The scenario assumptions will be specified in close collaboration with the EU services.
