The Future of Domestic Usage of LPG, for the European LPG Association AEGPL
E3MLab has quantified a scenario in which LPG’s role in meeting the energy needs (space/water heating, cooling, cooking, power generation) of residential households is more significant than would be the case under the ‘business as usual’ outlook presented in the reference scenario. The scenario therefore aims at exploring the possibilities of further market penetration of LPG.
The scenario was developed for the EU27 Member States and additionally for the non–EU countries: Norway, Switzerland, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia-Kosovo-Montenegro, Albania, FYROM and Turkey. The time horizon is to 2030 and the results have been presented in five year time steps.
