Presented at the CIEP Electricity Market Seminar: "Regional Electricity Markets in the European Union", April 19, 2005.
CIEP's seminar on these issues focussed in particular on the North-West European region, drawing on experiences made in other European regions so far. The seminar addressed the current state of progress in various regional market projects underway as well as provided an outlook for the North West Continental European Electricity Market. The seminar was organised in cooperation with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.
