Presented at the 2nd Workshop on "Running transport on hydrogen and biofuels: scenarios, policies and sustainability assessment", co-organized by members from the European TRIAS-, MATISSE-, and HyWays-projects, Frankfurt Airport Intercity Hotel, Germany, June 15, 2007.
The workshop on transport and its future fueling options had a twofold objective: first, selected projects in the hydrogen and related transport-energy field, which were supported by the European Commission, present their results and conclusions for discussion and mutual learning on transport and energy scenarios, biofuels, hydrogen roadmaps and economic impacts. Second, in a joint stakeholder process between experts, industry, science and policy makers was discussed the sustainability impact of such scenarios and roadmaps.
