Scenario analyses with the PRIMES model, study for the Belgian Federal Planning Bureau
The study aims at elaborating and analyzing energy and GHG emission reduction scenarios for Belgium in a European perspective, with the PRIMES model developed by ICCS/NTUA. The starting point of the study will be constituted by the 2009 baseline elaborated for DG TREN and the EU legislative Climate/Energy package.
