Environmental accounts in Greece, for DG-XI and EUROSTAT
The objective of the project was to use input-output techniques to analyse the impact on the environment by an increase of the energy use.
The work mainly involved: Conversion of the industry's energy inputs into Joules; Collection of additional new information of the natural resources and uses; Collection of additional new information on stock inventories; Collection of additional new information on international sea transport bunkers; Analysis of emissions - impact on the environment.
The expected results were the compilation of a Complete Time Series of NAMEA Tables for the Greek economy.
