Energy Taxation in the enlarged Union, for European Commission, DG TAXUD
The main objective of this study is to analyze how the implementation of the EU energy tax policies in the new Member States will affect the enlarged EU and how the energy taxation policy combined with the EU allowance trading scheme for CO2 emissions can contribute in reaching the Kyoto target by the enlarged EU.
