Consequences of growing competition in electricity and gas markets, for European Commission, DG XV
This study was performed for DG-XV within the preparation of the "Single Market 1996" study. E3M-Lab acted as sub-contractor of London Economics and applied an energy trade version of MIDAS to the analysis of new liberalisation schemes in the electricity and gas markets in Europe (third party access, single buyer, etc.).
