A business-as-usual energy scenario for pre-Kyoto, for European Commission, DG XVII
E3M-Lab constructed for DG-XVII/A2 a baseline scenario for Europe by using the updated MIDAS model (1995-2020); this scenario served as a basis of a communication of the European Commission on the energy consequences of the pre-Kyoto CO2 reduction targets.
