Two (2) full-time Post-doc research cooperation positions at E3MLab.

Requirements:

• Industrial economics
• Mathematical programming
• Power/energy economics
• Applied modelling preferably in GAMS

a) Technological , economic and strategic analysis of the production and conversion of biomass and waste for energy purposes
b) Environmental impact of mining , transporting and refining oil

The partners should preferably be experienced engineers in the above subjects combining an economic background for economic analysis using mathematical models or other related techniques. The partners need to be proficient users of English and have previous experience in international projects.
The partners will sign one or two years contracts (invoice for services rendered, freelance). This is a full time job which is performed under projects funded by the European Commission. Competitive salaries are provided depending on previous experience.

Το εργαστήριο E3MLab (www.e3mlab.eu) ενδιαφέρεται να συνεργαστεί με ειδικούς επιστήμονες με εμπειρία στα εξής αντικείμενα:

α) Τεχνολογική, οικονομική και στρατηγική ανάλυση της παραγωγής και μετατροπής βιομάζας και καταλοίπων για ενεργειακούς σκοπούς
β) Περιβαλλοντικές επιπτώσεις της εξόρυξης, μεταφοράς και διύλισης πετρελαίου σε παγκόσμια κλίμακα

Οι συνεργάτες θα πρέπει να είναι κατά προτίμηση Μηχανικοί με εξειδίκευση και εμπειρία στα ανωτέρω αντικείμενα σε συνδυασμό με οικονομικές αναλύσεις με χρήση μαθηματικών μοντέλων ή άλλων συναφών τεχνικών. Θα πρέπει να γνωρίζουν άριστα Αγγλικά και να έχουν προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε διεθνή έργα-μελέτες. Θα συνάψουν συμβάσεις παροχής έργου (Τιμολόγιο Παροχής Υπηρεσιών ελεύθερου επαγγελματία) μονοετούς ή διετούς διάρκειας και θα πρέπει να απασχολούνται πλήρως στο έργο που θα τους ανατεθεί, το οποίο εκτελείται στο πλαίσιο έργων χρηματοδοτούμενων από την Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή.

Παρέχονται ανταγωνιστικές αμοιβές ανάλογα με την προηγούμενη εμπειρία και σπουδές.
